Appointment of a new non-executive director
Axon Group plc, a leader in the delivery of Business Transformation programmes for large organisations that use SAP as their strategic platform, today announced that Royston Hoggarth has been appointed as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Royston will be a member of the audit, nominations and remuneration committees of the Board.

Royston has had an illustrious career in the technology and services industry, having spent twelve years with IBM, culminating in him being appointed General Manager in 1997 for IBM’s global distribution solutions business, which included point of sale and supply chain services. He was also formerly Chief Executive of Logica’s International businesses from 2001 to 2003 and Chief Executive of Cable & Wireless UK, Europe and US from 2003 until 2005. .
Royston’s current appointments are as Chairman of iPSL, Chairman of IGM Telecom, Non-executive Director of Intercede plc, Non-executive Director of Swyx GmbH and a Venture Partner of Wellington Partners.”
