Axon is extremely proud to announce that Robert MacDougall has won the highly coveted Management Consultancies Association’s (MCA) Performance Improvement Consultant of the Year Award.
As Axon’s Practice Director for Benefits Realisation, Robert has led the development and delivery of major benefits-led transformation programmes in both the public and private sectors since 1995 working in the UK, Asia Pacific and the US.
Richard Pharro, awards judge and managing director of business accreditation firm APM Group, said that the judges were impressed by MacDougall’s overall level of commitment and understanding of his client’s business in the case study he presented to the panel.
“He was very focused on how the client could achieve the maximum benefits, such as by matching each member of his team with a person on the client side. He was helping the organisation to improve its own skills base.”
Steve Cardell, Axon’s Group CEO commented, “This award is deserved recognition of Robert’s dedication to performance improvement and delivery excellence. He has built and developed an outstanding team of consultants, underpinning Axon’s position as the leading Business Transformation consultancy.“
Mark Wyllie, Axon’s Group Chief Operating Officer also commented, “As well as being a fantastic personal achievement for Robert, the award also represents Axon’s longstanding commitment to benefits-led programmes. Our congratulations and thanks go out to Robert for his persistence in driving Axon's benefits realisation efforts with our clients.”
