Axon Group plc, a leader in the delivery of Business Transformation programmes for large organisations that use SAP as their strategic platform, today announced that the Group’s results for year ended 31st December 2005 will exceed current market expectations. Axon will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2005 on 7th March 2006.

For the full year ended 31st December 2005, Group revenues are anticipated to be at least £91m (2004: £60.3m) and adjusted profit before tax* at least £9.6m (2004: £7.0m)
