iMRO for existing SAP customers

Existing SAP MRO customers can significantly improve their user interface, process automation and best-practice enablement through the deployment of iMRO and through the replacement of some of your existing custom programs or bolt-on applications with iMRO and the latest MRO solutions in SAP ERP.

In addition, by deploying iMRO you will be migrating to an Axon supported and SAP endorsed business application which works in SAP without additional infrastructure or hardware requirements. Existing customers not yet on SAP ERP 6.0 should consider a migration to iMRO in conjunction with, or shortly after, an upgrade.

Special iMRO licensing terms are available for existing SAP ERP MRO customers. Axon is willing to provide iMRO software discounts to reflect work carried out by existing customers in customizing their existing SAP ERP MRO implementation, even when Axon was not employed by the customers to perform the initial customizations! Deployment

There are two models for the deployment of iMRO:

SAP ERP customers or SAP prospects who are not currently performing MRO business processes with SAP software can deploy iMRO as part of their SAP deployment to their maintenance or technical operations business units. iMRO will reduce both the time and cost for an SAP deployment as a result of the industry specific enhancements and best-practices built into iMRO. Existing customers have experienced implementation timeline reductions from fourteen to eight months with Axon's pre-configured MRO solution and add-on iMRO software
Customers who are currently performing MRO business processes with SAP software will normally deploy iMRO in tandem with, or shortly after, upgrading their SAP system to ERP 6.0 with enhancement pack 3. Prior to planning out the deployment it is beneficial for these clients to receive an iMRO upgrade assessment from Axon and SAP, where analysis of the client's existing SAP solution for MRO is compared to that provided in iMRO, and a detailed report is generated on the delta between the two solutions along with the anticipated cost vs. benefit of making the upgrade
